Board of Directors

Darren Eng, Director, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Darren is the CEO and founder of BIZGO. He is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the company and he oversees all business units to ensure alignment with the company's vision and mission. Under his leadership, BIZGO has grown exponentially – from a team of 5 to over 800 (and rapidly growing) in just over three years. He is dedicated to empowering global SMEs to realise smart business management that can improve their lives and productivity. Darren started his career with the Singapore Navy where he held the rank of Full Lieutenant. After leaving the Navy, he ran a successful accounting firm before founding BIZGO.

Darren is an exceptional macro strategist who is adept at capital market operations. He has great industry insights and is good at developing and inspiring people. He thrives in a complex and changing environment, navigating uncertainties with robust, comprehensive thinking and decision-making skills. Darren has a remarkable ability to drive business, analyse problems, communicate with people and cultivate talent. He is interested in management psychology, mergers & acquisitions, capital operations and internet finance and is always looking for ways to apply these to BIZGO.

Darren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from University of London.

Francis Andrew Rozario, Director

Francis has had an established banking and finance career spanning more than four decades across the world.  He is currently the founding chairman and CEO of Asia Capital and Advisors Pte Ltd.Francis had a 28-year career at Citibank, leading businesses worldwide. In his last post as the Global Head of Commercial and SME banking, he developed a new model for Citibank SME/Commercial Banking across emerging markets and obtained credit policy approval for a new risk model. The model was rolled out across 15 countries successfully and delivered a 20% return on equity.

Prior to setting up Asia Capital and Advisors Pte Ltd, Francis was the CEO of Fullerton Financial Holdings, a Temasek Holdings’ subsidiary with plenty of success investing in Asian banks.

Ngiam Mia Hai Bernard, Director

Bernard serves as an Executive Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications, Business Development and Company Secretary of IPC Corp. Ltd.  Prior to this, Bernard was the Chief Compliance Officer and later President of ThinSoft Holdings, Inc.  He then served as Chairman of ThinSoft Holdings, Inc., until August 11, 2008. He has been an Executive Director of IPC Corp. Ltd., since 1985. He serves as a Director of ThinSoft Investment Inc. and ThinSoft Inc., all being subsidiaries of IPC Corp. Ltd. He served as an Executive Director of ThinSoft Holdings Inc. from October 9, 2001 to August 11, 2008.

Bernard received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore in 1985.

Advisory Board

Christopher Chong Meng Tak

Christopher is a partner of ACH Investments Pte Ltd, a corporate advisory firm regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He is currently an independent director of three other public companies two of whom are listed in Singapore and one in Australia. He is also a Director and/or an adviser to several private companies and significant Asian families, serves on the Advisory Board of two universities and undertakes advisory work for parts of the Singapore Government. Christopher has significant experience in capital markets, securities law, corporate governance and corporate affairs. Prior to co-founding ACH Investments Pte Ltd, he was a multi-award winning analyst and the managing director of HSBC Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd, formerly known as HSBC James Capel Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Prior to this Mr. Chong was an executive director of UOB Kay Hian Holdings Ltd, formerly known as Kay Hian James Capel Ltd. Christopher holds a BSc in Economics (1st Honours) from the University College of Wales and a MBA from the London Business School. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of CPAs, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Master Stockbroker of the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.

Ngiam Mia Je Patrick

Patrick holds a first class honours in Electronics Engineering from the University of Essex, and a PhD in Business Administration for Professional Studies from University of Southern California. Patrick has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IPC Corporation since 1992 and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Essex Investment Group. Patrick founded Essex Bio-Technology and serves as the Chairman and co-founder of Essex group of companies.  He also serves as the Chairman of Essex Bio-Technology and IPC Corporation and has served as a Director on the boards of numerous companies

Senior Management

Wang Bin (Martin), Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (China)

As the Co-founder and COO (China) of BIZGO, Martin is responsible for the day to day operations of the company in China, driving multiple key functions such as identifying and establishing new sales avenues across different industries, managing sales channels, setting sales targets, operational efficiency enhancement, cost optimization and deployment of human capital across departments.

Prior to BIZGO, Martin ran his own software development company with a successful track record, delivering multiple large-scale turnkey projects for numerous Singapore government organisations including Land Transport Authority (LTA), Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board, Info-communications Media Development Authority (IDA), and the Economic Development Board (EDB).

Martin holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, under a full scholarship programme that was awarded by the Ministry of Education.

Tan Thiam Hee, Group Chief Financial Officer (Consulting)

Growth companies, such as our Company, require an exceptional CFO at the start up phase. The characteristics demanded include a CFO who can not only design and construct financial systems and controls, understand China GAAP and IFRS, understand civil and common law pertaining to finance, treasury and tax but also stand up for issues and challenge the Founders. Once structures, systems and risk controls are in place, a larger pool of operational CFOs is available to draw from. The Company, has been very fortunate to have been able to have Thiam Hee as the Consulting Group CFO. One of his duties will be to help identify and appoint his successor.

Thiam Hee has been the CEO of Emerging Towns & Cities Singapore Ltd since 2015. Prior to that, he served as the CEO and Managing Director (MD) of Koon Holdings Limited (Singapore). He also held the chairmanship of GPS Alliance Holdings Limited. Thiam Hee also served as an independent director of JES International Holdings Ltd and Passion Holdings Ltd. He was also the Secretary and Group Financial Controller of Haw Par Corporation Ltd.

Thiam Hee is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and CPA Australia, a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore.

Stephen Watts, Chief Operating Officer (International)

Steve is the COO (International) of BIZGO and leads the overseas expansion plans of the company in all key functions, including market assessment, business model analysis, sales, partnerships as well as the strategizing of potential product offerings.

He has more than 30 years of experience, developing the right go-to-market strategy in start-up and corporate environments, assembling the appropriate teams to execute and drive sustainable growth. Steve was at SAP for some 13 years – building success in emerging and mature markets. As SAP Asia Pacific and Japan President, he was at the forefront of the company’s transition into the SaaS arena, spearheading the launch of SAP’s on-demand ERP and CRM solutions when he ran SME across Asia and then the successful acceleration of Ariba (procurement) and SuccessFactors (HRM) as COO and President. During this period, Steve’s team added over €1.7Billion in profitable revenue to the company’s annual performance.

Steve has an MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia and is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Rom Wang, Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Rom is the CPO of BIZGO and is tasked with managing and refining the company’s software platform in the product offerings space to enhance the user experience quality.  Additionally, he works closely with the company’s direct sales force and customer base, assessing customer needs and feedback to better tailor and develop BIZGO’s product offerings.

He was previously the Chief Product Officer of SysCloud, a Cloud computing security company providing SaaS to businesses. Prior to SysCloud, he spent nearly 10 years at Hewlett-Packard Limited across multiple roles, successfully executing several large scale projects, most notably its E-reader backend servicing project and the implementation of Guiyang’s cloud platform.

Rom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from China Three Gorges University.

Yip Kean Mun, Chief Corporate Development Officer (CCDO)

Kean Mun attained his Bachelor's degree with Honours from National University of Singapore. Prior to BIZGO, Kean Mun was formerly a Director of Investment Banking at Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Standard Chartered Bank and has a total of 30 years of experience in investment and commercial banking. Kean Mun was also notably involved in the IPO of the ASEAN Fund, Thai Prime Fund and the Transpac Fund on the Singapore Exchange.

Alan Lim, Group Financial Controller

Alan is responsible for the Company’s statutory financial accounts, consolidation and financial reporting, and oversees overall financial and accounting operations in the Company.

Alan is an accounting and financial professional with more than 20 years of experience gained in different industries with various public listed companies in Singapore and SMEs in Singapore and overseas. Prior to joining the Company, he was head of the Finance and Accounts department of a SME in Singapore.

Alan holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce (Major in Accounting and Computing) from Monash University Australia. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) member of CPA Australia.

Sun Feng , Channel Partner Executive

Sun Feng is in charge of and assists in managing, organizing and motivating the Channel Partner of BIZGO. He is responsible for directing and overseeing the company's channel sales policies, objectives and initiatives.

He brings a wealth of sales experience (11 years) from Ricoh (China) Investment Co. Ltd. and Digital China. Having held key positions – Senior Sales Manager and National Sales Mangers at the two companies, Sun Feng was successful formulating channel sales strategies in different parts of China. During the course of his work, he successfully developed effective three- and four-tier urban channel development strategies that generated sales revenue in excess of CNY 2 billion and increased the number of channels from 1,000 to over 3,000.

Sun Feng holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shandong University.

Ding Weimin, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Weimin is the CTO of BIZGO and he helms the Research & Development (R&D) department, providing technical leadership in all aspects of our business.

He spent 14 years at Hewlett-Packard Limited, executing numerous projects in his role as an Architect.  He undertook requirement analysis, prototyping, architecture, design, core code development, team guidance, test instructions and online problem handling for different types of projects. Prior to Hewlett-Packard, Weimin amassed experience in solution architecture during his tenure at Neusoft Gold Abacus Software Co. Ltd. (Shanghai R&D Centre) and Beijing Taike Information System Co. Ltd.

Weimin holds a Bachelor degree in Automation from the Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

Sammi Yang, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Sammi is the CHRO of BIZGO and responsible for HR strategizing, compensation, training and development, and management of labour relation.

Sammi has more than 12 years of HR management experience. She was previously the Management Centre Director of Shanghai Ruifang Network Technology Co. Ltd., overseeing the HR operations, administration and risk management of the corporate headquarters, branches and affiliates. She has also had stints as the Eastern Region Personnel Manager of Guangzhou Jinyi Television Group, Recruitment Manager of Far East Clothing (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. and Administrative Head of Shanghai Fuyoute (Suzhou) Co. Ltd.

Sammi holds a degree in Administrative Management from the Nanjing University.


Chen Liang, Head, Artificial Intelligence / Business Intelligence

Chen Liang is the Software Architect of BIZGO and is in charge of the overall architecture design and construction.  Apart from refining the software architecture for the company’s expansion, he is also responsible for data mining, providing data for management’s key decisions and analysing customers’ data to identify areas for potential service improvements.

Before joining BIZGO, he spent 14 years at SingTel as an Architect, leading the design and implementation of projects in industries such as banking, insurance, medical.  In 2013, he obtained the Certificate of System Integration Project Management Engineer from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.  He also won the third prize in the Vocational Skill Competition for High-Skilled Talents in Suzhou Industrial Park.

Chen Liang is a certified System Integration Project Management Engineer from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.  He also holds a degree from Nanjing Institute of Technology.

Maggie Yang , Director, Logistics

Maggie is the Logistics Services Director of BIZGO and she is responsible for providing insights into China‘s logistics sector, designing and implementing the architecture of the company’s value-added logistics services.

Prior to joining BIZGO, she was the Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang Handan Logistics Co. Ltd., based out of Yiwu City.  During her tenure, she was tasked with and successfully executed business development, management of daily operations, accumulating knowledge and an in depth understanding of the logistics sector in the process.

Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Economics from Guangzhou Zhongshan University.

Lu Chunjuan, Finance Manager

Chunjuan is the Finance Manager of BIZGO and she is responsible for the analysis of daily financial activities and providing advice to management on future financial plans.

She brings 16 years of accounting experience to BIZGO.  Formerly the Deputy Chief Finance Officer of Shanghai Liketry Network Information Technology Limited Company, she undertook financial due diligence for several company acquisitions and assisted the company’s listing and coordinated with the China Securities Regulatory Commission. She was also the Finance Manager of a oil company in the Shanghai Pudong New Area, where she established a unified accounting system and internal control processes.

Chunjuan holds a degree from Jiangsu Broadcast and Television University.

Zhang Hongbo (Andy), Sales Director (North China)

Hongbo is the Sales Director of BIZGO and he is responsible for customer acquisition, revenue growth, maximising sales potential and developing sales strategies in the northern region of China.

Prior to joining BIZGO, he was the City Manager at Shanghai Xiwei Xinxi Co. Ltd., leading a team of 30 salespersons, managing daily operations and training his sales team. Hongbo has attained several top sales awards (for both individual and team categories) throughout the course of his work.

Hongbo holds a degree in Marketing from Linyi University.

Shi Huizheng, Sales Director (Southern China)

Huizheng is the Sales Director of BIZGO and he is responsible for customer acquisition, revenue growth, maximising sales potential and developing sales strategies in the southern region of China.

He brings 11 years of sales experience to BIZGO – he was previously the Sales Director of Guangzhou Guanhao Machinery Equipment Co. Ltd. and the Sales Manager of the Nasdaq-listed Baidu. Also, his sterling sales performances at Guangzhou Guanhao Machinery Equipment Co. Ltd eventually earned him an equity stake in the company.

He holds a degree from Wuhan Institute of Biological Engineering.

Wang Ming (Arno), Sales Director (Western China)

Arno is the Sales Manager for the western region of China and he is responsible for customer acquisition, revenue/market growth, maximising the sales team potential and developing sales strategies.

Prior to joining BIZGO, he was in a similar role at Xunjie Penma Co. Ltd., analysing the market, designing and implementing strategic business plans to expand the company’s customer base.  Arno also acquired nine years of entrepreneurship experience when he was running his own auto care franchise.

Arno holds a Secondary School Diploma from Zhiyuan Computer Training School.

Chia Yangyang (Hugo), Sales Director (Central China)

Hugo is BIZGO’s Sales Manager for the central region of China and leads a group of 10 salespersons.  He is responsible for customer acquisition, revenue growth, maximising sales potential and developing sales strategies.

Prior to joining BIZGO, he was in a similar role at Jufu Xinyuan Information Technology Co. Ltd. and Xuchang Yongcheng Network Technology Co. Ltd.  Hugo also acquired entrepreneurial experience when he co-founded Henan Souyi Information Technology Co. Ltd., leading a team of 20 salespersons in two cities.
